OK, I am mobile again at least for now and the water has receded from washing over my brain. I called Chesapeake rehab and left a voicemail... I'm also emailing a friend of mine at Permobil, something has to be done about this Unreliability !
I do have a backup chair but it is six years old.... The whole point of getting a new wheelchair is reliability ! What's a quadriplegic to do ?

People dont seem to realise how important the chiar is to you and your life. I hope they sort it out soon.

*sigh* Glad that you are again mobile, but I really hope that Permobil does something to fix this problem for good.
