I thought it was really terrible yesterday seeing all the protesters practically begging the police to arrest them. Seeing tear gas and rubber bullets used in the city was awful. Individuals with their faces covered with mask, set on causing destruction was something I could live a lifetime without ever seeing in Pittsburgh. It looked like Beirut or Palestine, definitely not Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Except for the one individual running around with a giant plastic Stanley Cup, screaming let's go pens! That's one protester that I could get behind. Here he is:
You have to love a true Pittsburgher, especially when they are carrying the Stanley Cup and wearing a black and gold Penguins jersey.
