I was fighting with a computer program today and received this in my inbox. Sometimes you just have to laugh.... Computers are great when they work and a nightmare sometimes to fix. And yes I'm aware it's usually user error....lol
Hope all your computer issues have been resolved. I sometimes wonder why everyone thinks these things are so great when they decide to not work correctly! lol

Would that be a PEBCAK (Problem exists between chair and keyboard) error or an ID 10-T error? ;-)
