Chronic pain is always there, an intense burning in my forearms and butt.... today it seems a little more intense for some reason.
Most days it's just a mental challenge to ignore it, go on with life and not let it dictate how my day is going. Today I plan on putting some music on and taking an hour to relax my mind, use some good visualizations and try to get some relief....
For those of you who experience this type of pain what are some of your solutions?

I wish you well to recover.I would say pain is a thing of the mind,relax,put your mind off it and find something to do.Try an infrared body massager.It works
Greg, Periodically I experience burning sensations. It is unpleasant and I have learned to focus intensely on work is the only solution. I have found an active and engaged mind is capable of pushing the pain or burning sensation into the background. A stiff drink at the end of the night helps too!
