I am back

Well I took a few days off and basically regenerated my brain.  I am feeling much better now, operating on a few days with sleep.  Insomnia really takes a drastic toll on my body and mind.

I am sure it did not help that the air-conditioning unit for the house went bad this week.  Fortunately the repair technician came the next day.  I was surprised that it did not cost an arm or a leg to repair.  And the houses is a very comfortable 74° again.

My accessible van also went in for maintenance this week.  Every six months the ramp needs inspected , cleaned and lubricated as well as the chain for the kneeling feature.  So everything should be good with the Van until January.
