Sick and Tired or Tired and Sick

I have not slept for the last two days and I'm feeling really bad right now.  I'm not sure if I am exhausted or coming down with something.

Last night the air-conditioning unit went on the fritz .  Thankfully the repair technician  came this morning and made the necessary repairs .   I really hope I start feeling better soon but up until then I will be off-line .  Enjoy the rest of your day while I try to recover.  I really hope I start feeling better
